Head further south on Elkhorn road you'll be 40 minutes to Spinney Mountain Reservoir and 11 Mile Reservoir.
It’s part of the Buffalo community that has access year round to spring for water, and private fishing pond. HOA is on $25 a year and taxes are only approximately $500 a year.
